Deadpool discovering cats felt weirdly in-character, so this quickly turned into one of the more ridiculous photo concepts I’ve worked on.
The contrast between Deadpool’s chaotic energy and the complete indifference of cats ended up making the whole scene feel like a comic panel brought to life. Sometimes the best shots come from ideas that probably shouldn’t work in the first place.
